This Friday, Saturday and Sunday Alpaca Expeditions is sending our already well-known and much-loved chefs (including our Chef “Super”Mario) for a three day intensive cooking course at Cenfotur, the biggest and most reputable cooking institute in Cusco.
It is slow season in the Andes, and the Inca Trail is closed for all of February so we are taking this time to do some extra training and gear up for the upcoming season which starts March 1st. The Inca Trail has already sold out through the first half of August, (don’t worry; we have lots of Alternative Treks!) so we are expecting a record year for our small trekking company and we want to be sure we are 100% prepared to deliver even better service than we have these past few years!
The class will focus on improving our already famous Nuevo Andino (New Andean) cuisine, improving Vegetarian Meals and Desserts and even cocktails! We are dedicated to making sure your trekking experience and our meals exceed your expectations. Come to Peru and see for yourself!
